About Luca
Born in London in 1982 to Italian and Lebanese parents and raised between Nigeria and the UK, Luca Allam learned independence and a global outlook early.
In 2010 he moved to Dubai and joined PHD MENA, rising to Regional CEO. Over a decade he drove the agency to over 400% growth, RECMA’s #1 fastest-growing ranking in 2023, and Most Effective Agency at the MENA Effies in 2019 and 2021.
