Born in London in 1982 to Italian and Lebanese parents, Luca Allam’s life has been shaped by cultures, contasts, and lived perspective. Raised between Nigeria and the UK, and sent to boarding school at the age of six, he developed independence, resilience, and a global mindset early on.
In 2010, Luca relocated to Dubai and joined PHD MENA, a leading multinational media agency. Over the next decade, he rose to Regional CEO, playing a central role in driving record breaking growth and positioning the business as a powerhouse across the MENA region. Under his leadership, the agency grew by over 400%, was recognised by RECMA as the #1 fastest-growing agency in 2023, and awarded Most Effective Agency at the MENA Effies in 2019 and 2021.
After two decades at the highest levels of corporate leadership, Luca stepped away from the traditional CEO path to focus on what he believes matters most: how people think, communicate, and show up when it counts. Today, he brings that experience into his work as a communication, executive and leadership coach for senior profressionals, podcast host, and strategic partner, helping leaders unlock their authentic voice, sharpen their thinking, and connectmore meaningfully with the people they lead.
