He spent his childhood between Nigeria and the UK, attending a British boarding school from the age of just six — a journey that shaped his independence and global outlook early on.
In 2010, Luca relocated to Dubai and joined PHD, a leading multinational media agency.
Over the next decade, as Regional CEO he played a key role in driving record-breaking growth and positioning the agency as a powerhouse across the MENA region. Under Luca's leadership, the agency grew by over 400%, was recognized by RECMA as the #1 fastest growing agency in 2023, and was recognized as the most Effective Agency by the MENA Effies in 2019 and 2021.
